While we know some of you just want to sleep in when you’re staying at The President, it is our duty to inform you that one of the most beautiful times of day here is the very early morning, when Sea Point is just waking up. So, whether you’re up early anyway, to head out for business meetings in Cape Town, or you want to maximize on your time in the Mother City, we know how to wake you up in the best possible way.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we’re offering complementary Vinyasa Yoga classes to our residents, from 7:30am to 8:30am. We provide the mats and the yogi expertise so all you need to do is get up, get into your activewear, grab a towel, and head down to the pool to meet Kelly from MobiYogi.

* Hotel guests can book their spots and collect their mats from reception.
* All levels welcome, including beginners level.  
* We do have a few slots available for Sea Point locals so if you’d like to try a class, book here. And sign up for The President’s Club while you’re at it, to get the most out of your time at the hotel.
* Our buffet breakfast at The Islands Restaurant runs from 6:30am to 10:30am on weekdays.
