ROUTINE CHECKS & INCREASED AWARENESS OF PERSONAL HYGIENE

Upon entering the property, a daily welfare check is conducted that includes compulsory hand sanitization and a routine temperature check.

Over 40 additional sanitizing dispensers have been installed at key public points, allowing for regular hand sanitization around the property.

Further:

Operational teams receive daily training and updated industry best practice

The kitchen staff have moved to 15 minute repeated hand sanitisation

All food products are sanitised on arrival at the President

Social distancing is encouraged with handshakes on hold

Administrative staff are working remotely from The President’s virtual office

The President has appointed a dedicated Health Manager who is on call to ensure best practices are implemented across our hotel and amongst all our staff.
